Excellent staff easy move in, matienace was there When ac had issues. Maintenance is very nice and friendly. Office staff is awesome.

Excellent staff, very helpful and patient. Can’t say enough about staff. Very patient with my questions and rental process. They helped me every step of the way. Such a pleasure to deal with. I Can’t wait to move in.

I lived here for a short time, and would like to say, it was always a clean and quiet place. The staff is friendly, professional and fair. The residents are friendly, and all expressed their satisfaction of living there to me. Great 55 and over residence.

I was a resident here from 2013 - 2014. I have had nothing but a wonderful tenancy here, all thanks to Kimberly and Linda, who did an excellent job in managing this property. They made you feel like you were appreciated as a tenant of their property, and were always diligent in making sure you were happy! The maintenance staff here is phenomenal with getting repairs done quickly and accommodating in making sure every tenant was taking care of with their needs. They went up and beyond in keeping the property very well maintained. I've very much enjoyed all the community activities that included bingo, potlucks, bbq's, holiday dinners and so much more. The environment here was always a welcoming, peaceful, and compassionate community of people that truly cared about one another! The clubhouse was an inviting place to spend quality time visiting with your neighbors over coffee and doughnuts or playing your favorite board game. A pool table also was available for your enjoyment. An abundance of amenities that included a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and even a shuffleboard court! This place is simply a gem of a place that I was proud to call my home. I truly miss this place and the wonderful people that I shared this community with. I left here to relocate back to the Pacific Northwest, and I wouldn't hesitate in coming back to Gramercy Parc if I was to return to Las Vegas!

The rents are going up way too much for these senior apartments. The are for seniors not regular working people. Their income is less than a working person. Going from $650.00 to $775.00 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath with no w/d is absolutely ridiculous. The area is not good at all, bums hanging around all the time, no security at all. I and others plan to move with lease is up.

We moved to Gramercy Parc in 2012 and have so enjoyed our residency here. Its location is perfect for us as it is easy walking distance for grocery shopping on foot---either east to the 99c Only store & Marketon or west to Smart & Final or Von's---or a short drive to a Walmart. There is also a Mini Mart in the adjacent strip mall, less than 3 minutes walk away. The staff here has been terrific! Maintenance requests presented to Kim, Linda or Elena have been handled quickly, efficiently & professionally and it has been my experience that most have been serviced/handled the very same day of my request! One thing of note is that there are some tenants now here who have lived here, moved elsewhere, and then returned, having found this place to be their 'best fit' after all! Prior to moving here, we had toured other properties whose schedules we found to be just a bit too regulated & constrained (& with locations too far from stores for easy walking to them) whereas Gramercy Parc has an ample 'activity schedule' & enjoys a free casino shuttle & an RTC pickup schedule to shopping venues that are more distant (that Kim fought to get for us!). We also have Bingo at the community Clubhouse once a week, church services on premises and special dinners & events and contests that I am always eager to participate in (having myself won discounts on my rent on numerous occasions simply through participation!) There is complimentary coffee & cookies each weekday and we all look forward to the donuts and coffee on Saturday mornings! My husband enjoys playing pool & Crib in the community Clubhouse & we enjoy the heated pool available to us 24 hours a day. Visiting friends have commented that living here is like being at a resort, full-time!! So true! Like to socialize, or not? 55 & up? Come check it out!

Some of the reviews on this ratings site were posted prior to Kim's arrival as our Manager, so it should be obvious that her dedication has corrected previous deficiencies expressed by former tenants.
